A presentation was made by the new prospective owners of the Paige House Inn at our February 16th membership meeting. Following that meeting, the “Inn” designation was added to the city’s zoning ordinance during the March 22nd, 2022 Council Meeting. The GNL has now received an application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an Inn at 323 Fairfax Avenue. That application can be reviewed by clicking this link.
